A generation of empowered, resilient, solution-driven children, youth, and families equipped with skills and opportunities to build thriving, equitable and prosperous rural communities.

By 2030, we aim to:

OUR 7 STRATEGIC PRIORITIES

  • Train 5,000 teachers on inclusive, learner-centered pedagogy (classroom practice, child-centred methods),….
  • 200 home-based Early Childhood Development sites serving 5,000 children, with caregivers trained in early stimulation, play-based learning, and parent engagement tools.
  • 2,000 girls’ scholarships (secondary + higher education) with academic tracking and simple scholarship management systems.
  • Model boarding school to nurture critical thinking and leadership.
  • 10,000 youth trained in English & digital literacy through the American Shelf and youth clubs (reading, expression, career guidance).
  • VSLAs expanded to 6,000 women, strengthening savings, loans, and financial literacy.
  • Vocational & entrepreneurship training (soap making, baking, tailoring, locally relevant trades) with startup kits + mentoring.
  • Community microfinance institution to provide capital and coaching to VSLA graduates and women/youth-led businesses.
  • Maternal & child health clinic offering prenatal care, nutrition rehabilitation, and health education.
  • Community Health Workers (CHWs) trained & deployed for prevention, follow-up, and referrals.
  • Malnutrition reduction: porridge support, nutrition education, and kitchen gardens.
  • WASH promotion (hygiene behaviors, safer water access) and integration of health topics into ECD/parent sessions.
  • 5,000 farmers trained in climate-resilient, nutrition-sensitive agriculture (intercropping, soil conservation/composting, water management).
  • Greenhouse construction to multiply seeds;
  • Farm School for youth & farmers (modern techniques & agri-entrepreneurship).
  • Household & school gardens to diversify diets; improved seeds & tools; support for farmer cooperatives and market linkages.
  • Stand-up a full Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) system with digital tools and simple reporting.
  • Staff development (project management, M&E, finance); stronger HR systems and wellness; board training and policy/compliance updates.
  • Infrastructure upgrades (workspaces, connectivity, logistics).
  • MoUs with ministries/institutions; university, NGO, foundation, private-sector partnerships.
  • Active role in policy platforms relevant to education, health, and agriculture.
  • A clear resource-mobilization strategy and stronger proposal development.
  • Organization-wide communications strategy (branding, messaging, digital).
  • Impact stories, videos, annual reports that showcase evidence.
  • Sponsorship system on the website for children/students; media partnerships and public events to amplify community voices.
